enumeray model publish

Activate a ready publication using the previously observed current ID.

Use when: You are publishing the first validated release, replacing the current release, or activating a new rollback candidate using a retained installation.

Role and prerequisites: Model owner or current co-admin. Install enumeray, configure the API and log in. Use an account or delegated token with the required permissions. Example IDs must be replaced with IDs from your service.

Terminal window
enumeray model publish scalar-double scalar-v1
# Replacement: inspect model get first, then name the observed current ID.
enumeray model publish scalar-double scalar-v2 --expected-current scalar-v1

The first example is valid only when no publication is current. A previously activated historical publication cannot be reactivated. For rollback, initialize/resume a new release using the retained non-revoked installation, wait for readiness, then activate the new ID with the currently active ID as --expected-current. See author update and rollback steps.

Input Meaning and use
<ID> Managed model ID.
<PUBLICATION> Immutable publication ID from model publications or model release status. Inspect status before activation or revocation.
--expected-current <EXPECTED_CURRENT> Previously observed current publication ID. Omit only for the first activation. For replacement or rollback, pass the current ID so another author cannot be overwritten silently.

Every command also accepts the profile, API, JSON and timeout options.

Changes discovery to the chosen immutable publication if validation, authorization and the expected current ID permit it. Accepted runs keep their original publication snapshot.

Inspect model get and submission availability, then configure access intentionally.

Exact syntax, defaults and accepted values
Activate a validated candidate; omit --expected-current for first publication
Usage: enumeray model publish [OPTIONS] <ID> <PUBLICATION>
Arguments:
<ID> Stable model ID from model list/get or supplied by its author
<PUBLICATION> Immutable publication ID from model publications or model release status
Options:
--api <API>
User API origin override; credentials never cross origins. Host/runner commands use explicit configuration
--expected-current <EXPECTED_CURRENT>
Observed current publication ID; omit only for first activation to guard against concurrent replacement
--profile <PROFILE>
Named local user API/login profile; host/runner commands use explicit configuration [default: default]
--config <CONFIG>
Private user profiles file; defaults to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/enumeray/profiles.json or ~/.config/enumeray/profiles.json
--json
Emit user API results as JSON (NDJSON for following logs) and runtime errors on stderr; host/runner output follows its own protocol
--timeout <TIMEOUT>
User API HTTP timeout in seconds; live logs use it for read inactivity. Does not limit execution time [default: 60]
