enumeray run logs
Read retained log pages or follow resumable live diagnostics.
Use when: You need current/recent execution messages and explicit gap/reset evidence.
Role and prerequisites: Authenticated model user with access to the resource. Install enumeray, configure the API and log in. Use an account or delegated token with the required permissions. Example IDs must be replaced with IDs from your service.
Example
Section titled “Example”enumeray run logs 22222222-2222-4222-8222-222222222222enumeray run logs 22222222-2222-4222-8222-222222222222 --follow --state watch.jsonInputs and options
Section titled “Inputs and options”| Input | Meaning and use |
|---|---|
<ID> |
Accepted run UUID visible to your account. |
--limit <LIMIT> |
Maximum entries on one page, from 1 through 100. Omission retains API defaults: 20 for model catalogue, personal run history and artifacts; 25 for management collections; 50 for tokens, logs and events. Each invocation fetches one page. |
--cursor <CURSOR> |
Optional starting SSE cursor in follow mode, or page cursor otherwise. Pass unchanged; incompatible with --state. |
--follow |
Continuously read resumable SSE logs while independently checking run state. Stop after a terminal observation and retained-log drain. Incompatible with --limit. |
--interval <INTERVAL> |
Positive run inspection interval in seconds while following; default 2. |
--deadline <DEADLINE> |
Positive total observation budget in seconds while following; default 3600, including requests, reconnection and final draining. |
--state <STATE> |
Optional private checkpoint with API origin, account, run, cursor and last displayed position. Atomic saves follow flushed output; a crash between output and saving can replay entries. A stable .lock file enforces one writer and should be retained. Incompatible with --cursor. |
--allow-gaps |
With --follow, explicitly acknowledge missing retained history and continue using the recovery cursor; gap/reset evidence remains visible. |
Every command also accepts the profile, API, JSON and timeout options.
Result and next step
Section titled “Result and next step”Without --follow, read one bounded page with unchanged JSON. Follow polls run state independently, drains retained logs after any terminal outcome, then exits 0. --json --follow emits newline-delimited {event,id,data} records, including stream controls and a final run record. Deadline exits 5; interruption exits 130; neither alters execution.
Repeat the same --state command after interruption or explicit credential renewal for the same account. Gaps stop observation unless --allow-gaps acknowledges the missing history. Archives remain separate.

Arguments: <ID> Accepted run UUID from run list/get or the saved acceptance receipt
Options: --api <API> User API origin override; credentials never cross origins. Host/runner commands use explicit configuration --limit <LIMIT> Maximum entries on this page (1–100); omit for the API default --cursor <CURSOR> Continuation from the preceding page; pass unchanged with the same filters --profile <PROFILE> Named local user API/login profile; host/runner commands use explicit configuration [default: default] --config <CONFIG> Private user profiles file; defaults to $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/enumeray/profiles.json or ~/.config/enumeray/profiles.json --follow Follow resumable live logs, then drain retained logs after terminal inspection --interval <INTERVAL> Run inspection interval in seconds (default 2 when following) --json Emit user API results as JSON (NDJSON for following logs) and runtime errors on stderr; host/runner output follows its own protocol --deadline <DEADLINE> Local observation deadline in seconds (default 3600 when following) --timeout <TIMEOUT> User API HTTP timeout in seconds; live logs use it for read inactivity. Does not limit execution time [default: 60] --state <STATE> Create or resume a private checkpoint bound to this API, account and run --allow-gaps Explicitly acknowledge missing retained history and continue from its recovery cursor -h, --help Print helpDocumentation 205dcb3116ea · public sources 8c70356d340f · built .Download documentation identity.
