List owned and co-administered connectors with ownership and configuration generations.

GET
/api/v1/connectors

List connectors administered by the authenticated account.

Credential scopes: connectors:read

Resource authority: Current connector owner/co-admin only; a compute grant alone does not add an entry.

Retry: Repeat GET using the same resource identity; each request rechecks current credential and resource authority.

Guards: Connector administration is separate from compute-grant discovery.

Retain: Pagination cursor and account.

Specific failures: 403 insufficient_scope

Next action: Grant-only authors use GET /api/v1/compute-grants or enumeray connector grant available. Worked workflow
